Description
SimPrily is a Python tool optimized for high throughput computing (HTC) which simulates whole chromosomes with priors and calculates genomic summary statistics. The SimPrily HT workflows and computing resources are freely available through the Open Science Grid (OSG) and CyVerse that allows researchers to run thousands or millions of simulations with minimal or no prior command line knowledge.
