The future of robotics lies in legged systems. Not only are these platforms more versatile and more capable of crossing terrain and navigating obstacles, they can be built to be more efficient with longer run-times. The problem is developers have a difficult time gaining access to development platforms in this sphere due to the sheer code of these platforms. Our project aims to bring an open-source, rugged, intelligent, and autonomous robotic legged system to the open-source community.
