Description

There might be different reasons why you should be looking to backup emails – from safety, offline access to the closing of your account. Whatever be the reason, it is always a good idea to keep backing up your emails from time to time. Dragging and Dropping Step 1: Create a folder on your computer where you can store Yahoo messages. Right-click on your PC desktop, click "New," and then click "Folder" in the drop-down menu. On a Mac, click "File" on the Finder menu and then select "New Folder." Step 2: Launch your Yahoo email account and open a message you want to backup. Step 3: Select all of the content and then drag-and-drop the message into your folder. Repeat this process for each email that you want to save. Forwarding Yahoo Messages to Another Address Step 1: Click on the "gear" icon or the "Options" link in your Yahoo email account. Step 2: Click the "POP and Forwarding" link, and then click the button next to "Forward Yahoo Mail to Another Email Address." Enter the email address to which you want your Yahoo messages forwarded. Step 3: Click the "Save" link to save your settings. A copy of your Yahoo emails will now be forwarded to the address you specified. Above methods can be helpful only if there is few emails & attachments. This method can take more then a month if there are thousands of emails. To overcome the user can try below automated 3rd Party Tools i.e. SysTools Yahoo Backup Tool. Ref: https://www.systoolsgroup.com/yahoo-backup.html
