========= UK Police ========= UK Police provides a python interface to the data published by the UK Home Office related to crime and policing. The module provides useful classes and methods to facilitate accessing the information without knowledge of the underlying API structure and requirements. http://data.police.uk is the new site for open data about crime and policing in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. The data on the is published by the Home Office, and is provided by the 43 geographic police forces in England and Wales, the British Transport Police, the Police Service of Northern Ireland and the Ministry of Justice. All the data on the site is made available under the Open Government Licence <http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/doc/open-government-licence/version/1/open-government-licence.htm>. The accuracy of the data is entirely dependent upon the data provided by the API.
