Shade Empire What motivates you? Money? Well then... you're not in the Empire. The Idea is simple. A group of multi-talented individuals from various backgrounds (music, photography, design, programming and business, to name a few) joined together to collaborate, solve problems and fulfill needs. The hope is that each individual will embrace new, unexplored territories and get feedback along the way. In this age of technology information is all around us, but it’s not always easy to find exactly what you need. Sometimes all it takes is one suggestion to point you in the right direction, someone who has been there and done that to shed some insight. The goal of Shade Empire is to foster collaboration and offer a non-biased, respectful environment to grow. To start out, the people we help will be pro bono. This will give us all a chance to strengthen and build on the ideals outlined in this document. It will also allow us to see if we enjoy collaborating together (and in what ways.) Eventually money will factor into Shade Empire, however I sincerely hope that it is not at the cost of the original goals and ideals. Each person already has experience in one or more backgrounds and they are encouraged to share their expertise and offer guidance to those looking to develop skills in that field. Individuals can decide their level of involvement and which aspects or sections they’d like to be a part of and new sections will be added as we grow. The Empire is already live and happening.
