Description

``pycic`` is an MIT Licensed client, written in Python, that lets you interact with the CIC (Centro de Integración Ciudadana) API. ``pycic`` currently works with the ``nl`` (Nuevo León) and ``sal`` (Saltillo) accounts. Nuevo León is the default option, but you can quickly change that behavior at the moment of the instance creation, for example: ``Report(account="sal")`` Right now you can get *groups*, *categories* and *reports* with ``pycic``. Also, you can **create** new *reports*.
