Description
The main function included in the package is an estimate of root water uptake from rhizosphere soil moisture dynamics. The details about the method are described in a forthcoming paper by Jackisch et al. (2019, Biogeosciences). Moreover, the package includes some tools for sap flow estimate from East30 sensor sap velocity measurements.
