Description
Covariance matrix estimator for galaxy two- and three-point correlation functions in arbitrary survey geometries. The code computes approximate covariance matrices given input random particle files and two-point correlation functions. It can also be used to compute cross-covariances between different datasets. This code is described in Philcox et al. (2019) and Philcox & Eisenstein (in prep.)
